Return & Exchange Policy

We have a customer-friendly 2-day return and 10-day exchange policy.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at support@fussion7trendz.com mentioning your Order ID.

We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is a Return / Exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep.

 

 Orders with Offers (e.g., Buy X Get Y, Buy 2 @ XXX, etc.):

If an order is placed using the Buy 1 Get 1 offer, the entire order must be returned if one seeks a full refund. Partial returns and refunds will not be accepted.

If an order is placed using the Buy 1 Get 1 offer, the entire order must be exchanged; partial exchanges are not allowed. 
Note: The Buy 1 Get 1 offer does not apply to exchanges.

We'll arrange the pick-up and send the replacement your way.

- Partial Order Returns:

Store credits will be issued to your Palmonas Wallet for the returned items. These credits can be used for future purchases.

- Full Order Returns:

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details during the return request process.
